1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using OratorCraft Atelier services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activities under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Courses and coaching
We may update course content to improve learning outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results, promotions, or speaking invitations.
4. Payments and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and may change.
- Refunds: full refund within 7 days of purchase if the course has not started. For cohorts, refunds are available until 48 hours before the first session.
- For one-on-one coaching, unused sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to instructor illness or low enrollment. You will receive alternatives or a refund.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not harass or harm other participants.
- Do not share copyrighted course materials without permission.
- Do not disrupt sessions or attempt to compromise site security.
7. Intellectual property
All course content and trademarks, including OratorCraft Atelier, belong to us or our licensors. Limited, personal, non-transferable license granted for enrolled learners.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OratorCraft Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OratorCraft Atelier from claims arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
